Hi Kpjas, your Italian was great, but we can proceed in English. Thanks for considering me to ask for suggestion. Unfortunately your is the million dollar question :-) and it's very hard to find a way to increase the active editor but I'll do my very best to answer.

All the voy language versions decrease their activities after the launch on Jan-13, so I wouldn't care about it: in the long term the trend would be inverted.

In the past I've tried very many ways to increase the it:voy visibility. I can list them here:

1. add it:voy link on it:w with a bot ...lately it has been easier thanks to wikidata
2. add it:voy link on it:wikt with a bot
3. add it:voy link on it:news manually
4. add it:voy links on external forums whenever I get the chance :-)

I have the maniac habit to greet anyone who register an account on it:voy :-P I've advertise voy often in several it:w project/channel and I try to give feedback to any user as much as possible.

How many users I've attracted in this way? Few, very few :-) ....but at least is better than nothing :-P

I intensively use bot on it:voy to make several repetitive activities.

Coming to the other your questions:

• I don't have any promotional materials
• I've never been supported by WMI for it:voy. I've always done by myself.
• I'm ok with importing it:w turistic content to it:voy ...wikipedia is a CC-BY source like anyone else
• The only external content that I've imported is from WT. Periodically I check the best articles and if they miss on it:voy I import them here.

If you have time I suggest you to advertise pl:voy through FB and T. I don't have time so I've skip these channels.
