Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_90044_20220905_132135-01.jpeg Notes: גשר המיתרים הוא גשר מעוגן כבלים שנבנה בכניסה לירושלים המשמש למעבר הרכבת הקלה בין רחוב יפו לשדרות הרצל, וכן למעבר הולכי רגל. הגשר תוכנן על ידי האדריכל הספרדי סנטיאגו קלטרווה, ונחנך ב-25 ביוני 2008. ב 2019 בוצע בגשר שיפוץ בעלות של 3.3 מיליון שקל. רחבת האבן אשר מתחת לגשר עוצבה מחדש ונבנה בה כעין אודיטוריום קטן עם מקומות ישיבה ממדרגות אבן. הותקנו על המיתרים כ-3600 נורות לד. כל נורה משמשת כ"פיקסל" ויכולה להחליף צבעים וכן להתעמעם ולהתחזק. הנורות בלילהיוצרות אפקטים ויזואליים, בהתאם לאירועים בעיר.
